The six Majors teams will be running for the City Championship trophy starting on Monday, May 8.

Bevy won its first four games in the qualifying round robin, finished with a 4-1 record, and secured the top seed in the City Championship tournament. Cal Preserving, Bike Connection, and Palo Alto Wealth Advisors (PAWA) finished the round robin with identical 3-2 records. Tie breaker rules awarded second place to Cal Preserving, which, like Bevy, has a first-round bye in the six-team, double elimination tournament.

City Championship games start on Monday, May 8, with PAWA facing off against Hengehold at 6:30 p.m. All City Championship games are played at Middlefield Ballpark.

Will favored Bevy cruise through the tournament or will there be upsets, as in the last two years, with an upstart putting it all together for a season ending drive?

The weather’s warming up—come out, catch a game, and grab a burger and shake at the Ballpark Snack Shack.
