Cal Preserving engineered a major comeback with three runs in the fifth inning and three more in the sixth to secure a 10-9 walk-off win over Agile in the first game of the City Championship tournament. Cal Preserving moves on to face undefeated Bike Connection in a winners bracket game on May 10 at 5:30 p.m. Agile drops into the losers bracket and plays next on May 12.

David Fox hammered doubles in the fifth and sixth inning and finished the game with four RBIs, including the game winner for Cal Preserving. Nathaniel Signorello-Katz was the winning pitcher; he struck out the side in the top of the sixth to keep the game close and to set up Fox’s heroics.

Stephen Shu and Sebastian Tung each had three hits for Agile.
