Little League baseball welcomes girls and boys born between September 1, 2008, and August 31, 2020, to participate in the 2024 spring season. Players are assigned to divisions based on their 2024 Little League age, experience, and skill level.

Little League age for the 2024 spring season is determined by the child’s age as of August 31, 2024. Players must live in Palo Alto or Stanford or attend school in Palo Alto or Stanford to participate in the Palo Alto Little League.

Registration fees for 2024:

Players aged 13–15: $500
Players aged 9–12: $400
Players aged 7–8 (Coach Pitch): $300
Players aged 5-6 (T-Ball): $200
Players aged 4 (Wiffle Ball): $50
Challenger Division: Free

The closing dates for registration vary by the players age and division. Registration closing dates (although subject to change) currently are:

Players aged 11–12 (Majors and PCL): January 31, 2024
Players aged 13–15 (Juniors and Seniors): February 14, 2024
Players aged 8–10 (AAA and AA): February 14, 2024
Players aged 7–8 (Coach Pitch): February 14, 2024
Players aged 5-6 (T-Ball): February 14, 2024
Players aged 4 (Wiffle Ball): February 14, 2024 or when 50-player capacity is reached
Challenger division: March 2, 2024

NOTE: 9-year-old players who wish to be considered for Majors or PCL must register by the Majors and PCL deadline (January 31, 2024).

Those applying to register after the registration closing dates are placed on waiting lists and invited to play only if roster positions become available. There is a $100 late fee for any registrations filed after the deadline.
